The Church was started on 10th September 2006
ELIM AG PRAYER CENTRE has had its humble beginning as a Home-Church in the year 2006 with 11 members. There has never been a “sign board” outside our Church; (owing to restrictions that arose) despite this the Church outgrew owing to the mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the Church & the precise teaching from God’s Word, working of different miracles, fervent prayer and faith despite many hurdles.
With the introduction of the Prayer Tower Team comprising of 3 sisters, the Church continued to grow by God’s grace. In the year 2009, we moved into our newly built Church on the 2nd floor of the house. Currently, there are 150 members in our Church with worship services in 4 linguistic languages, a Prayer Tower team interceding for the Nations, Missionary workers, Servants of God, Churches across the world & praying the fulfillment of the Great Commission, every day.

We are a Church with a strong Pentecostal experience, growing deeper and being rooted each day through the Word of God and the working of the Holy Spirt. Behind the scenes…
(The prayer- warriors of the yesteryears- the ones that became instrumental in the Lord’s hand, in order to lay the initial foundation of the Church of God- ELIM AG PRAYER CENTRE)
It all began in the year 1984, when (late) Sis. Lillykutty Thomas, ex-Chief Supervisor Nursing (HAL) at her HAL quarters started a prayer tower comprising of a couple of prayerful women of God- Herself,
Sis. Saroja M, Sis. Saramma George, (late) Sis. Philomena. M, (late) Sis. Philomena. R. These 5 prayer warriors would join the hands in unison & pray for the nations, perishing souls, fulfillment of God’s commission et al.,
The 3 amongst them have gone to be with the Lord. The other 2 prayer warriors are continuing the task entrusted to them, despite their old-age. God bless them & grant them a long life.

(Late) SIS. LILLY KUTTY THOMAS
Sis. Lilly kutty Thomas, at her workplace as well, through her exemplary life, ministry led many to the Lord. Despite the turmoil that she was going through, health issues & busy schedule, she set her priorities right by seeking the face of the Almighty & opening up her house to Church meetings & Spiritual gatherings. As God promised her, her house was always a shade & shelter to many & continues to be so.
Ezekiel 17:23 –“ On the mountain heights of Israel I will plant it; it will produce branches and bear fruit and become a splendid cedar. Birds of every kind will nest in it; they will find shelter in the shade of its branches.Years later, in the year 1992 having lost all the possessions she had, she clung on to her savior. No tempest or storm could ever take away her love & faith in her Lord & Savior- Jesus Christ. That’s when the Lord spoke to her through a verse in the Bible,
“Psalm 16:6 “The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance.”
Likewise, in the year 1992 God gave her a piece of land in a good residential area-AECS Layout, Bangalore. During the ground breaking, she dedicated that land and pleaded with the Almighty God that he should use this piece of land to be a “BETHEL- HOUSE OF GOD”. In the year 2006 due to her prayers, the prayers of her sisters & the other servants of God- ELIM AG PRAYER CENTRE was founded , under the leadership of her Son-in-law- Rev. Pr. Shaji Idiculla.
Post retirement, she took up her responsibilities in the Church of God, as the in-charge of the Prayer Tower team at Elim AG Prayer Centre. Her priority has always been matters pertaining to the kingdom of God. Despite her sickness, she was a prayerful. One could always see her praying sitting on her sick-bed. Not once did she mention that she was sick, despite going through severe trauma. Her hospitality is known amongst many children that she reared & amongst servants of God.
On the 02.02.2018, our dear “Mummy” (as she is fondly called by many) was promoted to glory to be with her Lord, to the best phase of her life. Though she is resting from her labor, her work continues. As the candle that burns itself out to give light to many, her years of labor, sacrifice & a stead-fast prayer paved way for many to come and seek the Lord, be blessed & delivered by the Lord God Almighty at ELIM AG PRAYER CENTRE.
